The order page allows you to enter your address/contact details so that the processed order can be sent to you. If you have ordered before and you have a Customer ID and Password then you can enter them in the relevant fields and use the 'Lookup Details' button to find your details. If your details have changed since the last time you ordered then you will have the opportunity to change them.
If you do not have a Customer ID & Password, use the other fields to enter your details. You can optionally enter a Customer ID and Password so that you can avoid this step in the future.
Pressing the 'Submit Details...' button will display the 'Confirm Order' where your details can be verified.
